Perhaps Euro regulations have not only not taken account of the prevailing climate around the UK but also our British diet. Is there a similarity between British poo and the wrong leaves on NetworkRail's track?
The expectation that our poo conforms to a Euro standard is a tad misguided presently; or perhaps we'll get a Directive out of our Eurocrats in Brussells on the specification of poo before we depart the EU!
