I've also been looking at doing this Peter and looked at the various options. I do like this one as it looks close to a normal headlight:

The only disadvantage is that it is expensive and I've put a stop on any more expenditure for now on my own Plus 8!
I agree, they look more in keeping...and the price, compared with the MMC/Aero Racing price, isn't bad. BUT it is unclear if they include a side light. I'll contact the UK supplier and ask....
I can swing that past Finance before the autumn....!!
