I have bought one for each of our cars (all are likely to go to France at some point in the not too distant), but struggled to find the EURO emissions rating for the 3-Wheeler. I plumbed for EURO-3, as that looked most likely. CO2 output s 215g/km
Just a thought as we will be motoring through the French countryside in August of course...
Looks as though only required if driving through Paris, Lyon or Grenoble
That's my understanding as well - so far only applies to the 3 cities, however I expect other places will join in sooner or later
