Remember that there is a generally 10% to 20% difference between rear wheel HP and crank HP. And it's also very dependent on the dyno, the weather, etc. So 85 RWHP could easily be ~110 crank HP. You really should not compare across dyno results as there are too many variables.
I'm also surprised they didn't do a before/after run on the same dyno under the same conditions, as that's really the only way to see a relative change.
