It's a bit involved but most of it is easy enough on your own. The bike lift for supporting the wheel on its way back in makes the biggest difference - you can balance it on a trolley jack or similar but it is really stable on the top platform of the lift.
I find that the de-crudding of all the nooks and crannies while the wheel is out takes as long as the actual removal and refitting so while I can do it in about an hour and a half, setting aside a few hours to complete the whole operation is no bad thing.
