Granted when he picked that pulley up it was in the $100ish range now that link in there takes you to one that's about $300

That said I have found some where they're just blanks, they have a center bore and the teeth cut, but no bolt pattern cut. If this is a standard bolt pattern that's being used.

I wasn't certain what the rear tooth count was but if it's 65 like what I'm reading in other threads, there are a good number of Harleys and probably other bikes as well that use that same pulley size. I just can't imagine Morgan was having these custom cast and machined. So there's gotta be something out there similar already still that can be had on the cheap.

Hell hit up a local motorcycle shop and see if they have any pulleys of this size with thrashed teeth on em. Might just luck out.
