Bl@@dy ridiculous. What would they have done if you had cancelled the order and placed it again? When we bought our car we were allowed to make any changes we wanted up until the time it went into production.

£1000 for 5 minutes to enter the changes into the computer is £12,000 an hour. The word "theft" springs to mind.
