Yes CC charges have been with us for some time - but not Debit cards.
When I had my business we were charged 1.5% for CC transactions but Zero for Debits by the Bank /Card Machine/Paypal.
Its really mealy mouthed to charge a customer 3% IMO
After all Retailers do not!
