Molybdenum disulphide grease is designed for use in sliding situations apparently. I used bearing grease on my car for a while then back to moly. 25k since bought and no wear noticeable. Hard chrome kingpins.
The old 4/4 had the one shot oiler. That needed watching for oil getting everywhere so regular visuals, wipe clean etc..
