The fan comes on at 100c and below 10 mph so it's unlikely changing the exhausts would have much impact on these.
They do let the engine breath properly and transform the car.
I'll second that. Having fitted and put 500 miles on car with Stage 1 kit, can confirm that fan comes on just as often, as I would expect.
