The 569 cams give an extra 10 bhp and 10 lbs ft torque over standard and are a popular road modification. You will need the unlocked ECU, air filter and free flowing exhausts to make the best of these cams. The 618 cams are more for competition use than road and you loose the non-interferance feature if the cam belt fails, probably not a good idea to fit these for road use. A set up on a rolling road dyno is a good idea and dyno operators will usually disable the adaptive mapping facility when the ECU is correctly set up.
