I didnt put the cams in my engine, the previous owner had them installed. But wouldnt be afraid to do the job myself. I downloaded the service manuals for the engine and am confident enough to do it with the manual out. I will eventually swap out to a larger throtle body from S&S and put a big bore kit on it. 128ci sounds like the perfect mod.
About the exhaust build.
There are no baffles. It is a straight pipe. The muffle has stainless packing around the main tube that is mesh.

I had a friend do the stainless welding so it would look halfway decent. If I wanted black pipes I could have use steel and save money and been able to weld it myself. The way I did my pipes you dont need to bend the tubes. I made a series of cuts that go about 90% of the way thru the pipe about 1/4" , 6 mm apart. you then push the cut together and tack weld it in place at each cut. you effectivly put small pie cuts in the tube and get the desired curve. I thought about the second flex joint but elected to do this instead. I then had the cuts completely welded up for me. Its thin metal and I am not that good witht the tig welder yet. However, the welds are not really visable as the are under the heat guard. I probably could have just bought stainless wire for my mig welder and been fine on my own. But if you look thru the holes in the guard you see my crappy tack weld and Mitches beautiful stack of dimes. lol.
If you are curious about the Protune software you can download it and play with it to learn what you are doing and read their instructions. It is very user friendly.
It is free. It also has a demo map loaded in it that you can play with. I Heard it will plug into a stock ECU and let you look around but not change anything. On my ECU behind the bulkhead there is a small removalble cover that hides a micro USB plug. Hook it up and you are in business. Again not 100% if the stock has it. but I am prettty sure someone said it did in one of these threads.
