Dave: is there a heat shield between the exhaust and the wiper fluid tank?
My wiper fluid pump stopped working and blew the fuse several times. I assume it is related to the close distance to the exhaust pipe and the emerging heat.
Did you install the heat shield yourselve?
Hannes - yes that heat shield was my addition. A simple aluminium sheet bent to shape, and covered with reflective foil.
