On My Old Morgans I found the rust/corrosion was too much and broke the rods when turned. Resulting in making new rods. Note the the threads are BSF. It might be better option to order new rods and end fittings from a Dealer. As I have BSF taps and dies and wrenches I made My own. But getting the broken threaded end out of the fitting was a challenge.
