This is only a very small point but it might be useful for the future. Among the types of steering wheel you can get is a replica of the original 'Bluemels' wheel- with the four spokes as was fitted to a lot of the earlier trads and was, I think, ( not sure) standard fit up until the early seventies.
The originals look great - albeit every time I see one I can't help thinking of what it might do to my chest cavity in an accident.
When the new wheels are seen in isolation, they look equally good BUT once the wheelboss/ horn push is fitted, the spokes look very short and, IMHO it really spoils the effect.
As I say, it's a very personal view, but something to think about if you go for that type of wheel.
I went for the smaller Moto Lita simply because I needed the extra space for my knees and and a 15" wheel wouldn't work for me
I do find that sometimes the rim is a bit 'thin' especially because I've retained the blades on my car and low speed steering is heavy. I get around this by wearing driving gloves-Very 1950s 'cad and bounderish', but it does the job!

PS If you do go for a sports manifold and exhaust, get a really good airfilter element fitted while you're at it. gg
