Are the discs solid unventilated and made from pressed steel plate? Or are they a true iron casting? If pressed steel the issue could be that the heat of heavy braking from German motorway speeds is raising temperatures to such an extent that the steel, is being stress relieved.
With discs formed from steel plate, there should be a stress relieving process before final grinding to ensure that the disc stays true.
