That looks like an MGTD to me. Look closely and it seems to have an external fuel tank. Look also at the bulkhead panel between the door and bonnet. Not very Morgan like. The wheels also look like MGTD.
I agree. that's what it looks like to me.
How awful. I do hope that they both recover.
