atalante83, you are one of the very lucky one's. I was one of the early members of R1200C club in S. California and we ended up becoming a very big group so I know first hand what percentage had serious issues although very reluctant to admit publicly and never ever in front of a Harley owner. That bike was intended to show Harley how to make cruisers
Since you mentioned it, I think the Bond film may have been my introduction to the R1200C.
BMW did not have much luck showing Honda how to make a big bike with reverse gear either.
For me BMW cars yes, the bikes never.
