I'm at about 500 miles on my 2017 M3W, so my engine rpm is limited to 5100. No problem if I slowly accelerate to that limit but the rev limiter kicks in at around 4500 if done quickly.
Is it possible that the engine is really getting to 5100 before the tach needle catches up or is there really a problem (ECU)?
