yes you are probably right Peter. I'm really enjoying the simplicity and basic qualities that make up in my mind a sports car but equally accept that we are all different.
I have just taken delivery of a new tin top for work and although it has every gizmo including a self opening boot when you wiggle your left foot under the car when arriving with both hands full of shopping! BUT it is so dam boring to drive.
The AH may not have much beyond a lovely engine in a lovely body (to my mind anyway) but you certainly know you are driving.
I was quite happy with the factory set up on my plus 4, the limitations of my driving didn't require anything more but others of course could easily want 'better' kit.
