I use a cold war Russian MIG pilot's headset - (thanks for the tip-off ElCid). These are beautifully made and available NOS (new old stock) from eBay, boxed & in different sizes. An added advantage for me is that they have integral headphones that are good at deadening the cacophony of sounds that accompany us. Unfortunately the actual sewn-in earphones are totally incompatible with modern electronics so I use a small pair of Panasonic over-ear headphones under the helmet (linked via bluetooth to my satnav). This setup is comfortable and works well. In-ear headphones would probably be even better but I don't get on with them. Yes, I do have to put up with a bit of ribbing from other M3W drivers - but I know deep down that they're just jealous!
