Man made Global Warming is another matter: our impact, particularly the role of CO2, can be measured but there is NO verifiable proof that it has made much difference to Climate Change. All the so called evidence is circumstantial.

No, the use of empirical data is simply bad science and NASA are simply playing the political game to assure funding.
