Probably a stupid question, I haven't got my Morgan yet, but why would one need a storm cover if you have a hood? Just for the rain ingress in the louvres?
No doubt, I will find out. Just wondering.

It's definitely worth buying a storm cover - leaving a Morgan outside in heavy rain is not a great idea. My new +8 leaks, and most leak. A storm cover is relatively inexpensive and rolls up into a bag which can be kept behind the seats.
When I took my last Morgan on holiday to France I kept the hood and sides off for the full 2 weeks of the holiday. But I put the storm cover on overnight to protect from dew and anything else.
