Me too, I didn't wear my really nice ones for fear of damaging them when tinkering in the garage and the upkeep and servicing nice mechanical watches gets a bit expensive after a while so have gradually sold my little collection

I've realised they are nice to appreciate and full of interest and can waffle on for hours about their design, provenance and manufacture but I'm happy now to read and look and pretty pictures rather than hanker after owning them
