OMG thats dreadful!
I have had a lucky escape- just insured the BMW and LV came up with a great deal - well maybe not so great as I chose ANO .
So far so good!!
BTW have been trying to sort out the issue of wrong electricity meter being charged to our Flat which my son lives in - now approaching year 3 - and two years with the Ombudsman - still not resolved.
Am seriously thinking of involving one of the TV consumer progs!!
