I recall somewhere you had a pic of which relay is which but I cannot find it. The 2006 parts list suggested the LH pair for the two fan speeds (although looking at the loom it also implies there is no relay at all!!!). There is an outside chance that the higher speed one has failed which takes out the energising current.
