I agree. Living in Arizona I tanked up at local station and drove home about 2 miles away. Perhaps 85 degrees at 6 am and around 2 pm went into the garage where the temp. is 110 F or above and there was petrol all over the garage floor.
Scary thing is that I had three battery maintainers on my three Morgans on charge.
Fortunately the garage opener or the gas water heater did not blow the garage to bits. So, 3/4 tank is maximum for me unless driving some distance after re-fuelling!
