I'm getting ready to install a new hood on my '64+4. I have put a set of those offset cam levers on the bows. Question- should the hood be installed with the levers in the relaxed position? If so will this cause overstreaching and pulling the windscreen too much when tightened? Or should it be done with levers in the up or taunt position. Not sure I can snug the hood tight enough that way. Or somewhere in between. Aw the tax on my elderly brain. Also any advice on attaching the lift the dots, tenax, snaps. The hood is sans fasteners,need to be attached, thus the questions.
