Avoid down-hill twisties 😱 but that's what it's made for.
Everyone I've talked to has had to do the same as yourself fully flush out the old oil/grease from the bevel box then service with EP140 regularly. (I get my one done twice a year along with the engine oils) and I've averaged 5000 miles /year. Not as many as some I know but then it's only taken out at weekends and the occasional run to Grindlewald.
Service regularly and use it for what it's designed for - having fun. (As well as working out where every new rattle is stemming from)
