I've got a FitBit, I find it very useful for ensuring I get a decent amount of exercise. I aim to exceed at least one of my goals every day -
30 Minutes Active Exercise
10,000 steps walked
20 Floors climbed
On Sunday when we went to Bicester it was an easy 11,000 steps. Yesterday, working from home was a bit trickier, I had to walk to the top of the garden and back a couple of times in my lunch break to get the floor climb count up.
Generally, I find a day doing gardening and DIY jobs smashes all three targets quite happily without faffing around going to a gym.
