In lieu of the management not allowing it to turn over without fuel I think the coil is probably is easiest solution to keep the engine turning over without firing.
I need to take a look next time I open the bonnet and see if this is accessible or feasible.
That would be great, I had look but wasn't sure what I was looking for!
The next time I'm home I'll try starting the car without the fuel pump fuse and see if their right.
I cannot see that that will cause problem the car will either turn over or not.
