When I was a kid the Co-op bread van had a short hatchback type window opening through which the delivery man would remove the loaves from a head height shelf. If I Google "breadvan" most of the images I get are of the Ferrari 250 GTO, and the back of that looks very much like the breadvans I remember.

I've never heard it applied to the Europa though.

The early examples had quite high rear panels leading to the story. I thought it had a similar growth phase to the Aero. First ones were quite different and then things morphed.
