I am guenter and joined this community yesterday. Just a few words about me.
I live in Germany and that`s why my english is not so good. So please excuse all the mistakes.
I am the owner of two Morgan cars. The first one is a brand new roadster sport 3liter I picked up four weeks ago from the German dealer Gregor Flaving in Unna. I traded in a 4/4 Sport that I bought with Richard Thorne last September. While collecting this car in the UK I went ( for the first time) to goodwood revival and took some beautiful pictures there. Unfortunately I had a accident with this car in Germany and that was the reason to switch over to the 3 liter sport.
Two and a half weeks ago I had the opportunity to by the well known Aero 8 GTN with the number plate VX 53 KTJ (Nr. 4 of 11 ever built) that was driven in the top gear video. See also the short article in EVO August 2004. I picked the car up near Birmingham and after a short visit in Malvern links I drove the car back to germany. The car ran beautifully and I didn`t make any problems. The car is now with Gregor Flaving because there have to be done some minor modifications for the german registration and some parts in the suspension have to be changed (wheel baering and ball joints front left and drive shaft).
I am very intersted to get knowledge about the other GTN`s. Is there a register?
