Great! Thanks for posting that, I enjoyed it enourmously  Don't forget to visit the (mainly) Maserati Museum of Umberto Panini if you are ever near Modena. They have a bare Birdcage frame on display. http://www.paninimotormuseum.it/ I'll bet the toasted sandwiches are good too !!
