My experiences 2015 +4

Incorrect wiring diagram on top of fuse box, handbook doesn't match the diagram or the actual layout.
Hood header rail came off when needed due to screw being too short an barely engaging nut. Nylocs don't seem to have reached Malvern yet, or stainless steel nuts and bolts for that matter.
Doors rubbed on body, at one point it looked like the car may have to go back to the factory, but was able to be sorted by BHM.
Lost power recently on motorway, checked by BHM, car seems fine so putting it down to Morgan's string and Ford's fibre optics having a tiff momentarily.

Otherwise fine, but a few fit and finish issues which are annoying, namely steaming gauges (none of my older classic gauges ever steamed up, is it really that hard in the modern age to get gauges that don't steam up?) and the vinyl detaching from the underside of the dash due to poor bonding, I did clean and paint the lower part of the upper steering column where it comes through the firewall due to rust on the mild steel, would it really have put morgan out to blow some black paint over the bottom six inches prior to fitting? Keith also found movement in my steering rack recently which was due to loose bolts where the lock tabs had been fitted on the head side of the bolt rather than the nut side, lack of attention to detail and quality etc on the part of the factory as far as I am concerned.

Only other complaint is that the same issues seem to crop up consistently but the factory seemingly make no effort to actually resolve them, 'they all do that sir' is a bit of a tiring excuse, expecting the owner to resolve the issues as part of the 'experience' is not something that would be tolerated anywhere else, this combined with the excessive premium price for a new or almost new car shows that they are not value for money at the market price when other cars are avilable with better fit and finish at a lower price, males me wonder for the future of the brand and whether I will ever be able to afford to upgrade from the car I currently have if I feel like doing so.

Don't get me wrong I love my Morgan, but I just wish the factory would pay more attention to issues and actually seem interested in resolving them, rather than pressing every last penny out of the customer.
