Not really. Jays is quite wrong about my views of the factory, but I can understand where he is coming from - I am a bit the cuckoo in the TM nest as a non owner. So in the Xmas spirit I am happy to kiss and make up. love Metaphorically speaking of course

As a businessman and an engineer, MMC is to me a fascinating organisation. They have cracked the problem that has brought down the rest of the british motor industry - MMC have made money and survived as a result. They have a niche product though an alternative word for niche might be "backwater". Lets hope it lasts - I for one find it attractive. And they have also resisted the fatal attraction of glitzy premisses bought during good times and a millstone in bad - I've had that mistake bring down several of my customers. The warning signs being directors with new supercars parked outside the working capital that has been transformed into flash offices.

But all of this means that their technical resources are limited and IMO it shows in the new products they have developed. But thats IMO and clearly not Jay's O . But in a way I feel better qualified to make that comment as an outsider in the Morgan world
