We've hired a few Insignias over the years and they always give me lower back pain. There's no indentifiable cause, but they have all been the same!!!
I had issues in the first gen - but this new one has very different seats. The driving position is very different as well - you sit much lower in the car. In the old car you often felt you sat 'on' rather than 'in' the seat. I am much much more comfortable in this one.
