I am interested on feedback from any electric car owners on how the regenerative brake systems act in the snow. When you lift the accelerator pedal to coast or use engine braking most of them start to harvest energy, does this cause any odd effects on the slippery surface of snow ?
My i3 is not bad in the snow with the narrow tyres it cuts along through it quite well, the re-gen going down hill can be handy as it acts a bit like 'hill descent' I'm not keen on ABS in snow as I prefer to modulate braking and traction with good old fashioned 'feel' rather than electronics
