Some years ago when Tony Divey decided to retire, the Triking Factory was out for sale. I informed Alan Garnett about this opportunity to revive 3-wheeler production based on a modernized 3-wheeler. The prospects of a MMC takeover of another manufactorer was a nice idea, but obviously, MMC did not follow up then. The creation of the Morgan 3-wheeler Ltd company hopefully means more than an attempt to collect licensing fees.
