Almost. Terry-Thomas drives the "new Bellini", which is actually a thinly disguised Aston Martin DB3S. The Austin Healey appears later in the film ... but I think that's enough spoilers, Stewart might not have watched it yet.
I well remember the Shell films from school but I seem to recall they were mostly documentaries or travelogues, the latter sometimes narrated by John Betjeman. I don't remember any dramas. Occasionally, if we were lucky, when the film had ended we could persuade the teacher to respool it backward through the projector so we'd watch the whole thing again in reverse.
