I know this is off topic, but where is the URL?
URL = Uniform Resource Locator, commonly thought of as the address of an object. In your case the url of your picture is the link you pasted in, starting "http" and ending "jpg".
To display the picture rather than the link, you need to tell TalkMorgan to show it as an image, so you put the characters img before and after it, enclosed in square brackets. The second tag also needs a / before the letters img to show its the end of the image.
