Good to hear it was such a straight forward fix.
A decent electronic ignition system is still the way to go if you get the opportunity!
I have yet to find a "decent electronic ignition system". The ones I have used (Pertonix for an example) have failed and I have no expertise in electronics. Other than the Zetec powered DHC I am sticking with the Points/Ballast/Coil system. I have added a CD Box which I can by-pass if needed.
