Uther I commiserate with you if your government is cynical enough to sneakily try you catch you out? Perhaps you need to start a No Speed Traps political party. I think you will find that speedos are designed to over read upto 10% but cannot under read. I had a Chrysler which was accurate throughout its range compared to GPS on a sat nav. Changing tyres could make a small change.
