I have a 2014 Morgan 4/4 which has the 'easy-up' hood.
When the hood is lowered the fastener on the corner of the hood which hooks onto a horizontal peg on the side of the body to hold it taught when the roof is up latches instead onto a vertical peg to stop the corner flapping in the slipstream.
The problem is that one of these fasteners does not work properly and cannot be secured onto the vertical peg.
The fastener takes the form of a spring-loaded metal dough-nut shape which releases when pulled up-wards.
Does anyone have any ideas short of a complete replacement?
