Does anyone know how to easily access the buzzer on a Plus 8, or at least the wiring to it? On my US spec LHD there is a door switch which activates it by 'earthing' it via a long screw, the factory told me this is so Americans know when the door is open.....I soon tired of that and replaced with a shorter screw. So now I only get the buzzer 'timed' when the ignition is first on. It occurred to me though I could perhaps use the door switch for an interior light - if I could find the right wire.......
