Glad they worked for you Andy and guessing the only mod was to cut/file off the three redundant lugs?
Yes the three lugs were easily snipped off with a pair of side cutters. I did find that the lens diameter is a fraction of a milimetre larger than the original so I ran some abrasive paper around the inside of the black plastic bezel until it was a snug fit.
