Very few of the parts were OE Morgan quality....
Most of the parts were made from aerospace quality materials
The crossframe was fabricated using 4130 Chrom-moly steel,
The king pins were 30mm diameter EN24T Hard chrome bar, running in T45 steel tubes with polymer bushes.
The rear axle was entirely remanufactured and redesigned with floating 300M axle shafts, and the differential was superfinished to remove any potential cracking issues and decrease friction
