I always thought of Laphroaig as being the Marmite of Scotch you either love it or loath it. It was too heavy for me.
This is why I did the original posting.
Just like Laphroaig, Morgans have been dividing opinion since almost as far back.
To paraphrase my original posting of the statement on the back of the Laphroaig packaging.
"The Morgan traditional English sports car has always kept itself a bit remote, like the Islanders of Malvern themselves. A touch aloof at first, but make the effort, broach acquaintance and you'll have a warm and genuine friend for life."
