Simple Bob,
Just click the "Quick Reply" in each post you wish to quote.
In the editing box (will be labelled Quick Reply) you may need to separate the replies - so a "return key" press after [/quote] and before a [quote] will allow you to add your comments in between the quoted items.
It's a lot easier than it sounds - try it and use the "Preview Reply" button to see how things look. You can also remove parts from the quoted items you don't wish to show again (or are perhaps not relevant to your reply).
At the end of practice you don't need to submit your post if you don't wish too.
