The question is weather the elastic rubber band is wound up clockwise or anticlockwise, that is the question.
Gearboxes dont even enter the equation, who needs them anyway?
Land -Rovers have a right angle converter to transfer the action to the front winch and also to the rear PTO (Graham knows all about this as well)
Morgans are not very different to land-rovers in that respect and the only thing that the 3 wheeler cant do is engage 4 wheel drive?
or should I say 3 wheel drive.
So the only solid outcome is to determine the viscosity of the rubber and how many twists per inch...
